Tea Leaf: Unending Staircase

I just had this dream of running up and down an unending staircase with someone I do not know (who happens to be a girl). They say that dreaming of staircases indicate that a person is slowly, in his/her own efforts, moving up or down into the mental realm or subconscious realm. This may be a slow and cautious process that the person is undertaking to understand himself or herself better.
